We are a sustainable infrastructure company primarily focused on renewable energy assets. Our mission is to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world by investing in and managing sustainable infrastructure, while delivering long-term value to our investors and stakeholders. Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.

We are currently recruiting a Legal Counsel to work with and strengthen our Legal team to be based in the Madrid or Seville office.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive legal records and analysis on a variety of matters.
  2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (namely, PPA, EPC, O&M), agreements (namely, SHA), and legal documents under the guidance of Senior Legal Counsel.
  3. Ensure legal documents align with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist the General Counsel and Senior Legal Team in managing and resolving legal matters and preparation of reports, presentations, and other legal documents.
  5. Maintain an organized system for legal documenting, ensuring easy retrieval and access for the legal team.
Education
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
  2. Master's degree in Law and / or Corporate Transactions (desirable).
  3. Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must.

  2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  3. Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
Technical Qualifications
  1. Experience of 4-6 years working as a lawyer in a Law firm or an International Company (preferably in the energy sector).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must).
