On behalf of our partner, C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking top talent to join our team. You will work with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, from our office in (Location).

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, it is now being rolled out for all planning scenarios in the financial and business navigation areas. You will be part of a team supporting this implementation, which includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. Your role will involve defining solution designs, supporting the development and maintenance of models, and enabling the organization to operate independently in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development efforts and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
  • Bring expertise in Anaplan to the team, train new resources, and support the implementation project.
  • Define solution designs, scope, and efforts for new model requests, review federated models, and own configuration and maintenance of models and the Data Hub.
  • Maintain data models, calculations, and business logic, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Support the development and optimization of planning processes and scenarios.
  • Integrate data from various sources into Anaplan, ensuring data quality.
  • Test and validate models to meet business requirements.
Key Relationships

Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external partners, and Anaplan representatives.

What you'll bring
  • Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance and retail.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of business processes and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and openness to agile methods.
  • Degree in Informatics, Economics, or similar qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan, project support, and management.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
