The Role: The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge plays a crucial role in executing and strategizing effective paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. Responsibilities include optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership: Manage various paid social media platforms, stay updated on changes and best practices.
  2. Ad Building: Create, manage, and optimize paid social ads, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data and generate reports on key metrics.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct checks for accuracy and monitor performance.
  5. Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and copy.
  6. Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns, applying targeting strategies and budget allocation.
  7. Strategic Planning: Contribute to campaign strategies and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  8. External Partner Communication: Act as the main contact for external ad partners and agencies.

Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience.
  • Expertise in media buying across various ad platforms.
  • Experience with DTC ad agencies or in-house within a 100M+ DTC brand is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience presenting performance reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and familiarity with Loom.
  • Proficient in using various ad platforms.
