Key responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
  • Work with the development team and write user stories.
  • Act as the bridge between Developers and the product team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback on the product roadmap and features.
  • Own, prioritize, and communicate the release plan of the product across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Assist in communication strategies regarding products.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment with progress reports.
  • Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications, and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.

Requirements and skills

  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Background in Software Development.
  • Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. Knowledge of AI/ML is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira & Confluence.
  • Goal-oriented team player.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
