Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits and health, safety, and environment (HSE) programs and policies across all global locations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, promote employee well-being, and foster a safety and health culture.
- Support the development, implementation, and management of global and local HSE programs, including wellness initiatives.
- Partner with vendors to deliver services effectively and ensure HSE compliance.
- Design and deliver communication strategies to inform employees about wellness and HSE programs.
- Conduct training on HSE policies, safety practices, and emergency procedures.
- Analyze HSE data and trends to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee compliance, conduct risk assessments and audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on HSE inquiries and coordinate LOA reconciliations.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, operations, and facilities teams to ensure HSE compliance across all hubs.
- Maintain records of HSE performance and incidents, prepare reports, and collaborate regionally for consistent program implementation.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in global HSE management with a strong understanding of regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in English and ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally.
- Leadership qualities, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset.
