About the role:

As an AP1000 SRO Training Instructor, you will deliver high-level training with passion for teaching and strong pedagogical skills.

You should demonstrate organizational abilities such as teamwork, customer orientation, and innovation.

You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager and be located in Madrid.

This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and off-site work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all stages of the SAT process for initial and continuing education programs in your specialty.
  • Manage analysis, design, and implementation of initial and ongoing training needs in your specialty.
  • Design, develop, and implement training sessions for licensed and non-licensed operations personnel, including classroom, plant, and simulator sessions.
  • Collaborate on simulator corrections and testing when malfunctions are detected.
  • Coordinate training efforts, support training committees, and plan training programs.
  • Develop and maintain advanced educational tools (simulators, multimedia, videos, models) related to your responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • University or Master's Degree in scientific-technical fields (Engineering, Physics, etc.).
  • At least 7 years of experience as an operation instructor.
  • Willingness to reside in Madrid or nearby.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally for project participation.
  • Driver's license.
  • Experience in power plants or industrial facilities is valuable.
