EL Product Marketing Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support sales organization and customers providing technical support and advice delivering appropriate product knowledge from project specification to technical support. Together with the Product Manager Specialist you will optimize the offer portfolio and generate tools for commissioning, FAQs, and technical application notes. Each day, you will ensure that ABB gives the proper after-sales technical support based on our customer requirements and can transform those requirements into qualified trainings and development improvements for better comprehension and installation of our solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by performing tools and trainings supporting the product launches and life cycle of the catalogue. In addition, you will lead the proper support in cooperation with the internal global customer center and quality department. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the home and building automation market in Electrification Smart Building Business Area in Spain. Main stakeholders are Distribution, Electricians, and System Integrators.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/sales with regards to product/solutions and ensuring whether technical solutions can be used across the Product Group's offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent.
• Proposing and preparing technical articles, videos, and media tools in order to offer the most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.
• Collaborating with local/global internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development) to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists on the resolution of customer technical issues and may accompany internal partners to customer sites.
• Drives sales efficiency and facilitates know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

• You are highly skilled in configurators, commissioning tools beyond product specialization and the electrical market.
• You have 2 years of experience in the electrical/electronic market working as technical support, onsite support, electrical operator, system integrator, or similar.
• Highly adept in KNX system (will also consider knowledge of IP network).
• You are passionate about collaboration, ability to learn, curiosity, self-awareness, and result-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Control or Automation Engineering, or Vocational Training will be very highly valued.
• You are at ease communicating in fluent English.
• You hold a current Spanish work permit.
