We're hiring a Senior HR Analyst to join our HR Data & Reporting Team. This role involves configuring reports in Workday, analyzing HR data, and providing strategic insights to support HR and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and maintain advanced reports in Workday aligned with business needs.
  2. Monitor key HR metrics like headcount, turnover, compensation, and employee engagement.
  3. Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports to aid decision-making.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR reporting systems.
  5. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  6. Enhance data processes to meet evolving business needs.
  7. Maintain HR data quality and compliance, especially with GDPR.
  8. Partner with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and insights.
  9. Provide strategic recommendations for HR improvements.
  10. Serve as a key analytical resource and trainer within the HR team.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with expertise in Workday report configuration and data analysis.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, HR, Data Science, or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio, or similar tools.
  4. Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  5. Understanding of HR processes and data governance, including GDPR compliance.
  6. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
