Job Title: Resort Customer Helper (Resort Representative)

We are recruiting Resort Customer Helpers (Resort Representatives) to join our team at Jet2holidays, the UK's largest Tour Operator.

About the Role:

As a Resort Customer Helper, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a wonderful holiday experience. This includes providing exceptional customer service, assisting with queries and issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfactionAssist with customer queries and resolve any issues efficientlyPromote our products and services to enhance customer experienceWork collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
