Responsabilidades del Cargo
  • Crear contenidos y organizar planes editoriales según las necesidades de cada cliente, teniendo en cuenta las últimas tendencias de marketing digital.
  • Moderar, dialogar, gestionar y dinamizar contenido en redes sociales.
  • Diseñar y gestionar campañas publicitarias en Facebook.
  • Programar contenido en diferentes plataformas de redes sociales.
  • Seguir, analizar y reportar resultados de campañas.
  • Gestionar equipos de Content Managers en varias cuentas.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • Tener conocimientos profundos de social media, marketing digital y las últimas tendencias en nuevas plataformas emergentes.
  • Tener experiencia demostrable como Social Media Manager durante al menos 3 años.
  • Ser una persona creativa, organizada y flexible que pueda trabajar bajo presión.
  • Tener habilidades de redacción creativa, perfecta gramática y ortografía.
  • Haber trabajado con herramientas como Metricool, Hootsuite, Socialbackers o AgoraPulse.
  • Tener dominio del paquete Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Tener conocimientos básicos de análisis web (analytics) y social para crear informes.
  • Tener capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
  • Se valora experiencia o estudios en el sector de Turismo.
