The Business Operations Specialist at Hightekers plays a crucial role in optimizing sales and marketing operations, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing business performance through CRM management and strategic reporting. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines analytical expertise with hands-on operational execution to support commercial success. The ideal candidate is :
- Data-Driven & Process Oriented : Skilled in managing and maintaining Zoho CRM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insightful reporting to drive business decisions.
- Business & Market Insight Specialist : Uses data analysis and market intelligence to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinker : Develops and maintains interactive dashboards and performance reports, translating business needs into clear, data-driven insights that optimize revenue and marketing strategies.
- CRM & Automation Expert : Experienced in CRM administration, automation tools, and process optimizations, ensuring smooth sales and marketing operations with efficient lead tracking and data management.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator : Works seamlessly with sales, marketing, and leadership teams, aligning operational efficiencies with business goals to support scalable growth.
- Tech-Savvy Professional : Proficient in Zoho CRM, dashboarding tools, and business intelligence platforms, ensuring streamlined operations and accurate reporting.
- Growth-Oriented & Impact-Driven : This role is essential in ensuring seamless business operations, bridging data insights with strategic execution to drive commercial success at Hightekers.
Your Responsibilities in this Role :
- Maintain, update, and cleanse Zoho CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement data quality rules and processes to maintain a high standard of data hygiene.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access within the CRM.
- Monitor and report on daily sales pipeline activities within the CRM.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data from Zoho CRM and other relevant sources.
- Translate business requirements into clear and insightful visual reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to the sales and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in reporting structures and automation processes.
- Provide training and support on how to use and interpret dashboards effectively.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
- Assist in developing and refining sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the sales and marketing functions by implementing best practices in data management.
- Support contract and documentation processes related to sales operations.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals by collaborating with leadership on data-driven insights.
What You Bring to the Role and the Team :
Required :
- 3-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations / Business Operations role.
- Proven expertise in CRM administration, sales operations, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, and accuracy management.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in dashboard tools and data visualization.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with automation tools to enhance operational efficiencies.

- Experience in B2B sales operations and working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
