JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop procurement strategies to support business needs.
- Manage packaging material supply, mitigating risks through innovative solutions with internal and external partners.
- Monitor supplier capacity and capability, including mould utilization, to ensure supply continuity.
- Manage mould health, refurbishment projects, and capex for the portfolio.
- Lead and support global and regional negotiations.
- Execute contract negotiations using business and digital tools.
- Follow market conditions, lead price forecasting, and support budgeting.
- Contribute to packaging sustainability goals, including NDPE and flex reduction.
- Deliver cost savings and value creation.
- Optimize packaging designs for cost-effectiveness while maintaining functionality.
- Identify and implement value chain projects to enhance efficiency.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- Drive supplier innovation ideas to market growth.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to align programs.
- Ensure resilient supply chains are integrated into sourcing strategies.
- Manage portfolio complexity and deploy digital initiatives.
- Maintain high supplier service and quality standards.
- Act as a key interface for suppliers, demonstrating procurement value.

Experiences & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least three years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in FMCG
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations
- Knowledge of cost modeling and contracting strategies
- Basic finance understanding
- Strong communication and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and systems like Power BI, SAP CLM
