We are seeking a Supply Chain and Procurement Expert Consultant in Strategy and Transformation at NTT DATA. This role involves developing innovative strategies across the entire supply chain, managing key supplier relationships, and leading transformation projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on transforming and optimizing their supply chain and procurement processes using best practices and cutting-edge knowledge.
  • Lead consulting projects that involve identifying opportunities for improvement in supply chain and procurement management, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.
  • Drive digitalization and automation in supply chain management by evaluating and implementing innovative solutions such as AI and advanced analytics.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and benchmarking to identify gaps and propose customized solutions that enhance the efficiency and agility of client processes.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring operational resilience in the face of market disruptions and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams in project execution by coordinating resources and activities to meet established objectives and deadlines.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by acting as an expert reference and ensuring continuous follow-up and improvement of implemented solutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of trends and best practices in supply chain and procurement by actively participating in forums, conferences, and professional networks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous growth and development by driving the Advisory unit through training and development initiatives, ensuring the team remains up-to-date and enhancing the unit's efficiency.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, ideally in procurement / supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in implementing transformation and process improvement projects.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage organizational change.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in supply chain management, procurement, risk management, and sustainability.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
