Albert School is the first private school that launched with the ambition to reinvent excellence in higher education.
We offer Bachelors, Masters, and Executive Education programs mixing Business and Data.
Top ranked schools have been the same institutions for more than 100 years. Their prestigious brands act like strong barriers to entry but their governance and culture have made them immobile in the face of world change.
Our Data & Business School is backed by successful entrepreneurs and CEOs like Bernard Arnault, Xavier Niel, Rodolphe Saade, 8 unicorn founders, etc.
Albert School is already partnered with 100+ companies including Google, BCG X, LVMH, Orange who are interested in recruiting its students.
In December 2023, Mines Paris PSL (1st engineering school in France, 25th in Shanghai ranking) entered a strategic partnership with Albert School. Starting September 2024, all new students enrolling at Albert School will receive a joint degree with Mines Paris.
Albert School launched in September 2022 with 33 students. In 2023, 180 students were enrolled in the school. 400 are enrolled in 2024 and the target is to reach 10,000 by 2030 in 10 countries. To reach this goal and transform the landscape of high-level higher education, we want you to join our adventure.
Work closely with Albert School's General Manager Spain to prepare the launch of the Spanish Market duplicating the model already in place in France. You will be a Swiss knife, and throughout your mission, no two days will look the same. Some of the main missions you will be working on:
- Sales / Student admissions
Build the reputation of Albert School in Spain.
Recruit top-performing students through marketing, orientation fairs, high school interventions, etc.
Select top students (roughly 1 candidate in 8 is admitted to Albert School).
Participate in events across France and Spain to promote Albert School. - Product / Academics
Recruit and manage a team of top-notch teachers / lecturers.
Prepare an amazing student experience through unique courses content, socialization moments, and other activities. - Partnerships
Develop strong corporate relations & establish a network of top-notch entrepreneurs supporting Albert School. - Operations
Identify and launch the first campus in Spain.
Understand and comply with local regulations.
Albert School Spain targets are:
Launch in September 2025 with c. 60 students registered.
2026: 150 students, 2030: 1000+ students.
You are a very ambitious individual looking for an impactful experience.
You are fluent in Spanish and English – French is a plus.
You have graduated from a top university.
You like fast-paced environments, having responsibilities and autonomy.
You are organized and meticulous in your work.
You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals (teachers, teaching candidates, executives, students, etc.).
You're a team player.
