Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Het is een functie waarin werkplezier centraal staat. Door zowel klanten als kandidaten een betere toekomst te bieden via kwalitatieve matches en creatieve sales skills, heb jij zeer dankbaar werk. Je komt terecht in een hecht team (met een gemiddelde leeftijd van 25), waar je kunt genieten van luxe lunches, trips naar Ibiza of Barcelona, en successen viert tijdens de vrijdagmiddagborrels

Als Consultant krijg je één-op-één begeleiding van ervaren professionals. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je snel de leiding over jouw eigen business neemt, waarbij je zelf alle touwtjes in handen hebt. Zelfstandigheid wordt bij ons gewaardeerd en wij bieden de steun en het vertrouwen dat je nodig hebt om succesvol te worden.

Met jouw sociale vaardigheden weet je kandidaten en klanten aan je te binden en enthousiast te maken. De relaties die je opbouwt en jouw doorzettingsvermogen zorgen telkens weer voor successen en snelle carrièrestappen

Door ons persoonlijk ontwikkelingsprogramma kun je zelf bepalen hoe je jouw carrière vormgeeft. Of je nu snel een team wilt leiden, Key Accounts zoals Philips & ASML wilt uitbouwen, of zoveel mogelijk winst voor jezelf wilt genereren, wij brengen je waar je wilt komen. Uiteraard verwachten we inzet en motivatie van jou.

Wat staat er tegenover?

Wij geloven dat alle successen gevierd moeten worden. Denk aan maandelijkse lunches bij Michelin restaurants en kwartaalreizen naar bestemmingen zoals Ibiza, Marbella, Parijs, Barcelona, Hvar, Londen, Rome, etc. Wij bieden een flexibele baan met doorgroeimogelijkheden, een vast salaris en een ongelimiteerde bonus gebaseerd op jouw omzet. Daarnaast bieden wij:

  • Ongelimiteerde bonus, waardoor je snel op €6000 per maand kunt verdienen;
  • Flexibele werktijden;
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan en begeleiding waar nodig;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld, maandelijks uitbetaald;
  • Elke vrijdag een gezellige borrel;
  • Een kantoor in hartje Eindhoven.
Wie ben jij?
  • Je beschikt over een HBO- of WO-diploma;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je woont in Eindhoven of omgeving;
  • Je hebt een commerciële en ondernemende mindset.
