DOGA has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller. with proven skills in supporting functional areas to achieve their strategic goals through sound financial decisions.

The major areas of responsibilities will be to prepare the consolidated management reports. You will add valuable insight to the numbers and be a business support to the business leaders across the group. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient planning and business review processes within the group.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

  • Prepare and review monthly management reporting for the Group and further develop it to support the business with the right business insight.
  • Provide financial analysis for performance management and decision support.
  • Continuously work with improvements and harmonization for the Group within the area of responsibility of the position.
  • Support the local Finance Managers and controllers.
  • Manage the Group's financial budget & forecasting process and participate in target setting process and follow up of plans.
  • Participate in projects and development activities both with regards to business controlling processes as well as business processes and performance.
  • Establish and drive the process for allocation for investments funds in the Group and prepare relevant business cases for management together with the business leaders.
  • Implementation of a BI system for excellent business insight and efficient reporting.
  • Participate in other relevant day-to-day business controlling activities.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Engineering with an MBA degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Valuable experience working for an Audit or Management Consulting firm with relevant exposure to industrial/manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent skills in Micrsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • User experience in SAP.
  • High level of both oral and written Spanish and English.
  • Large work capacity and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound financial background.
  • Systematic and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and good communication skills.
