What you will do:

  • Reporting to the CRM Manager
  • Analyzing incidents and providing solutions
  • Detecting errors and propose improvements to simplify and stabilize processes
  • Configuring and implementing new changes, ideas and solutions

What you bring & who you are:

  • You have a degree in software engineering, a salesforce certification is a plus
  • You own more than 2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce / Dynamics
  • You own experience working on Salesforce core platform functionalities such as Sales and Service Cloud
  • You are a resultorientated person with a great innovative mindset.
  • You speak fluent English
