Responsibilities

  • Anticipate business requirements and formalize them with stakeholders
  • Assess technology vendor market and determine best options for supply
  • Lead RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection
  • Lead contract negotiation, approval, and signature for global agreements
  • Optimize portfolio of Professional services for cost and operational efficiencies
  • Deliver productivity/savings based on collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage supplier panel and evaluate performance, risk, and innovation
  • Prepare and lead Business Reviews with strategic suppliers
  • Drive adoption and change within a global program for Professional services
  • Lead governance meetings for continuous improvement of the program
Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in sourcing Professional services globally
  • Excellent sourcing & negotiation skills
  • Good understanding and experience in legal aspects associated with Professional services
  • Ability to influence, convince, and network
  • Relevant experience in project management and change management
  • Subject matter expertise on Professional services market trends
  • Communication, collaboration, and functional leadership skills
  • Result oriented, dynamic, self-driven, team player
  • Data driven to leverage data analytics for strategic analysis
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strategic sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred)
