WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Sourcer Trainee - Human Resources (Openbank)

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion.

In 2016, the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially in our technological side.

We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients experience to the next level.

In 2019, we launched the Bank in the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, and recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in our pipeline.

Our culture sets us apart from the rest; social and diversity clubs are part of our essence and day-to-day culture.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools - we've barely noticed the change

What your day will look like:

• Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role profiles.
• Measuring and recording conversion rates.
• Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience using LinkedIn
• Creative problem solving and decision making using analytical skills.
• Great written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
• Bachelor ́s or master degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE) or related.
