Somos un 3PL portugués que gestionará una flota de patinetes eléctricos en MasPalomas y estamos buscando un Manager ambicioso e inteligente para trabajar en un entorno de start-up en rápido crecimiento.


Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la operación diaria de la flota de patinetes eléctricos en MasPalomas.
  • Supervisar al equipo de operadores de flota y garantizar la eficiencia de las operaciones.
  • Coordinar el intercambio de baterías de los patinetes y el mantenimiento general.
  • Analizar datos de uso y optimizar la distribución de los patinetes en la ciudad.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para aumentar la demanda y la satisfacción del usuario.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales y promover buenas prácticas de seguridad.

Cualificaciones:

  • Experiência previa en gestión de operaciones o logística.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación efectivas.
  • Conocimiento en movilidad urbana o en gestión de flotas es una ventaja.
  • Inglés fluido es altamente deseable.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
