About the role


As a
Legal Counsel Litigation focused on procedural law, you will provide support in legal files and judicial proceedings, as well as extrajudicial claims.


What you'll do

  • Participate in the management of ongoing litigation and legal cases.
  • Keep files uptodate.
  • Manage relationships with external collaborators.
  • Draft transactional agreements.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects of the Legal team.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor Degree in Law in Spain and Master's in Access to the Legal Profession.
  • 4 years of work experience in a toptier law firm, with a focus on procedural law, especially in the consumer law domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively solve problems.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Uptodate knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field.
  • Meticulous profile with attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and continuously updated with current legislation.
