The Position

  • We currently have an internship opportunity in our Finance and Operations department. During this internship, you will support the
    Supply team to ensure that the innovative treatments developed by Novo Nordisk are available to all patients in need and that the quality of the processes meets the standards of (Good Distribution Practices, General Accounting Plan, as well as Novo Nordisk's Ethics standards ). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals from different departments both locally and internationally.
    Responsibilities
  • Contribute to operational excellence in the supply department by supporting the development with agile operational processes and management tools.
  • Collaborate and manage the relationship with the warehouse and distribution providers to ensure the quality of the products and services.
  • Manage ordering and invoicing incidents and returns.
  • Maintain our databases, archives and ERP to ensure a good track of our processes and quality data.
  • Assist on audits preparation.
  • Ensure that actions taken in Supply comply with all applicable policies.

Requirements:

  • Recent University (bachelor or masters) or FP degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field with no more than 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Additional education on Supply Chain will be an advantage.
  • High level of EXCEL is required as well as Office package.
  • Advanced English
  • Ideally ability to sign an internship agreement with an educational entity and capacity to carry out 12 months of internships.
As a person, you enjoy teamwork at different levels. You are organized, have attention to details and the ability to prioritize. Your communication is fluent both in English and Spanish, being able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Initial agreement of 6 months extendable to 12. Availability for full-time (37.5 hours per week). Availability to start in April or May 2024.
