Strategic IT Input: Collaborate with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager based in Switzerland to shape our IT strategy. Network Expertise: Bring your expertise in network administration and architecture to the table. Value Delivery Planning: Work closely with product management, enterprise architecture, and business analysts to develop and execute value delivery plans. Innovation Driver: Lead the charge in exploring and implementing new technologies and approaches to enhance our existing IT infrastructure. Business Alignment: Advocate for and contribute to the alignment of our IT strategies with broader business goals, including enterprise architecture development and product delivery. DevOps Enablement: Make key decisions on system design and integration to empower teams in applying DevOps practices. Technical Versatility: Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments. Methodology Mastery: Proficiency in various development life cycle methodologies, including agile, lean startup, Kanban, and DevOps. Product Delivery: Proven ability to define and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with high IT consumer adoption rates. User-Centric Approach: Experience in understanding user requirements and translating them into effective solutions, including A/B testing. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, fluency in English is required.
