Associate Game Designer

Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with various teams such as Producers, Artists, Programmers, Marketing, and other Leads to steer the team's comprehension of the project's vision.
- Create detailed documentation for live service content, encompassing mechanics, guidelines, content, and gameplay outlines.
- Strategize and define elements and components of a game or live service update, including setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, objects, available peripherals, interface design, and game modes.
- Build Prototypes using any preferred tool to showcase design concepts to the team and iterate.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table across all aspects of the game.
- Collaborate with Leads to ensure that level design documentation and implementation are practical; engage in regular, hands-on collaboration with Producers and Software Engineers to ensure that the concepts and content of assigned games align with the design requirements.
- Organize the development team to define the creative vision, technical specifications, fun factor, and product content for assigned products.
- Establish relationships with our creative resources.
Requirements
- Possess a strong grasp of interface design ability and game design theories.
- Familiarity with Live services and content creation in video games.
- Demonstrated experience in articulating visions verbally and through written documentation.
- Create prototypes using a platform of choice.
- Proficient in documentation skills.
- Background in Systems Design would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
