Darkroom's Marketplaces Associate will assist in all aspects of the Marketplace Division as needed.

They will work across all brands to implement strategy, create new listings, correct and fix new and outstanding issues, and build out client reports.


_ This is a fully remote role supporting a team in EST time zone._

What You'll Do:

  • Seller Onboarding and Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers onto our marketplace platform. Provide comprehensive support and guidance to sellers regarding account setup, product listings, and operational procedures within Seller Central.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor seller performance metrics, including sales performance, customer feedback, and fulfillment metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sellers, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Address seller inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Policy Enforcement:
Ensure sellers adhere to marketplace policies, guidelines, and quality standards. Monitor seller activities to prevent violations and take appropriate actions when necessary.

  • Sales Optimization: Collaborate with sellers to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility, increase sales, and improve conversion rates.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Customer Service, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and implement new features or enhancements within Seller Central.


  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training materials, resources, and workshops to educate sellers on best practices, marketplace tools, and operational processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to track key metrics, evaluate seller performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • You have a minimum 12 years of experience in a brand management role with the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and Ecommerce marketplaces
  • Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child Variations
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data
  • Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale
  • Entrepreneurial, self starter seeking to grow our clients business and drive positive results
