Job Summary

As a Senior Business Manager in our Peripherals BU at TD SYNNEX, you'll play a key role in translating and executing vendor and technology growth strategies across strategic sectors. By collaborating closely with the marketing team on Market Development Funds (MDF) and with the wider sales team on specialized opportunities, your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our market share profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the translation and execution of vendor/technology growth strategies for strategic sectors.Collaborate with the marketing team on Market Development Funds (MDF) and specialized sales opportunities for profitable market share expansion.Negotiate critical tenders and significant deals leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and best practices.Boost sales from the vendor portfolio, incorporating new vendor identification and integration.Implement effective customer engagement strategies for attaining successful business outcomes.Introduce solution and service offerings to the market, including Technology as a Service (TaaS), and oversee quarterly vendor business planning and execution.Enhance vendor management, develop unique selling propositions, and foster long-term customer engagement.Support sales teams in winning and expanding market share.Establish TD SYNNEX as a reliable advisor by nurturing strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.Create customized customer value propositions based on a clear understanding of customer business needs.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned vendor products and services.Utilize CRM tools for seamless business operations and craft compelling value propositions for discussions with 'C' level executives to drive decision-making processes.Participate in board-level activities to meet business objectives.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Possess strong emotional intelligence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrate the ability to communicate persuasively and influence positive business outcomes in 'C' level scenarios.Over 8 years of IT industry experience at a business development level, preferably coming from a sales or product marketing background.Experience in services and solution sales, strategic planning, and business case development.Capable of operating within a matrix structure with high levels of energy and motivation.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to interact effectively across all management levels.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, creativity, assertiveness, and the drive to see tasks through to completion.Experience in business planning with a solid operational rhythm.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in peripherals.Proficiency in English (Mandatory) Additional EU languages (a bonus).Occasional travel may be required.
