About You
As the IT Security Engineering Lead, you will monitor the information security and business continuity status of the Group, acting where necessary to ensure the resilience of the IT estate, and providing a 24x7 first response to any major security related incidents.
You will also take management of security operations incidents, acting as the conduit between the Security Engineering function and wider IT Cyber Team, ensuring resolution, whilst minimising the probability of reoccurrence.
Additional responsibilities will include the management of Security Engineering strategic third-party relationships, ensuring any third-party deliverables meet strategic, technical and cost requirements.
Plus, Identification and execution of continual improvement opportunities, ensuring operational integrity and the best operational security solutions for IAG and its operating companies, using thorough understanding of the relevant business area.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational security assurance and compliance services.
Deep understanding of the IT Security Engineering environment, with proven ability to develop and improve services.
Knowledge of complex enterprise/cloud environments, with AWS experience an advantage, strong knowledge of cloud operations, security, automation and orchestration
Business partnering, working as a valued partner with senior stakeholders and strategic third parties across a diverse operation.
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
