En IDEA Ingeniería estamos buscando un/a Project Manager con experiência mínima de 8 años en el sector Oil&Gas para formar parte del área de Ingeniería en nuestras oficinas de Cartagena.




¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Gestión, revisión y validación de proyectos.
  • Control económico de los proyectos de Ingeniería
  • Planificación y control en el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto. Establecimiento de prioridades.
  • Supervisar la edición de la documentación técnica del proyecto.
  • Gestión con el cliente del proyecto.
  • Reuniones periódicas con clientes de primer rango.
  • Gestión de subcontratas y proveedores en caso necesario.
  • Promover la seguridad laboral en todas las instalaciones a su cargo.
  • Identificar riesgos, evaluarlos y mitigarlos cuando no sea posible prevenirlos.
  • Alcanzar los estándares de calidad requeridos.
  • Controlar el progreso del proyecto en relación con lo dispuesto en la planificación. Control de plazos.
  • Gestión de los costes en función de los límites establecidos por el presupuesto pactado para su proyecto.
  • Resolución de incidencias.
  • Gestionar el capital humano y motivar a los equipos para alcanzar una mayor productividad.
  • Gestión de KPI's de su área de responsabilidad.

Requisitos:



¿Qué conocimientos se necesitan?

  • Titulado/a medio o superior en Ingeniería.
  • Gran capacidad de planificación y organización.
  • Capacidad de gestión de equipos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para la resolución de conflictos.
  • Habilidad para el estudio del entorno, encontrando las mejores oportunidades e identificando riesgos potenciales.
  • Capacidad de gestión de los recursos disponibles y de los costes generados en los proyectos.
  • Capacidad analítica orientada a resultados.
  • Conocimiento de software de planificación de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para establecer plazos en los trabajos y coordinar equipos que los cumplan.
  • Alto nível de inglés (C1)
  • Experiência en puestos similares.
