The HP Media Planning team is responsible for delivering best practices in media strategy, planning, and buying across all paid media communications channels.
The regional media strategy team works in a highly collaborative environment with regional marketing teams, worldwide leaders and colleagues across the Media, Analytics and Insights teams to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI.
We are actively seeking to add to our EMEA team a Media Planning Junior Associate to help push our team forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Senior Media Senior Strategists & Senior Associates with the development and distribution of media deliverables.
- Leading the consistency & timely delivery of media deliverables across EMEA by maintaining ongoing status trackers, campaign flowcharts, meeting schedules.
- Acting as a Daytoday POC with campaign managers within the marketing organization, internal and external agency partners and media representatives to support with fulfilment of various team tasks.
- Managing scheduling and coordination of agencies and crossfunctional teams to keep campaign timelines on schedule.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 12 years of experience in advertising, marketing and/or project management.
- Prior agency experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).
- Maintain HP marketing management systems as needed.
