What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of French and advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus
- Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
