Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, The Hotels Network team is made up of over 140 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team (based in Barcelona or fully remote).

The role:
This position will be part of the operations team, reporting to its leader. The Hotels network is looking to improve its operational and financial reporting capabilities. Using existing tools, infrastructure and processes, we are looking to build up and create state of the art reporting for different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis : Skillfully gather and evaluate data, conduct and implement quantitative analyses with potentially incomplete data, and verify results to uncover inconsistencies or limitations. Define comprehensive functional requirements, create process flow diagrams, and develop business cases, including performing gap and impact analysis.
- Business insights: Grasp the business impacts of observations, interviews, and analyses. Coordinate and maintain the regular business activities related to reporting, including audit planning cycles and metric tracking.
- Communication: Prepare clear and well-structured written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner.
- Problem structuring and solving:Pinpoint key issues, formulate hypotheses, and develop methodologies to validate or disprove them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on SAAS companies. Good understanding of SAAS Metrics.
- Stakeholder analysis.
- Processes modeling.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of SQL and Python.
- Proven experience integrating 3rd Party APIs.
- Experience working with data warehouses, data governance, payments and treasury.
- Experience working with Sales and Finance Teams.
