Responsable de generar awareness y demanda para la propuesta de valor de Logisfashion (servicios logísticos end to end) en los mercados donde estamos presentes.

Forma parte del área corporativa y estará en contacto con todas las filiales (en España y Latam).


Se encarga de crear y coordinar la puesta en marcha de distintas acciones para cumplir con los planes de marketing de Logisfashion y conseguir los objetivos grupales de la compañía, así como las metas y KPI ́s del dpto.

Apoya y trabaja en coordinación con la Dirección de Marketing en las distintas necesidades y áreas de actuación del departamento de Marketing, Publicidad y Comunicación e identidad corporativa.


FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Análisis de mercado, monitorización y benchmark.
  • Creación de contenido y de acciones de generación de demanda diseñadas para ofrecer leads (clientes potenciales) de marketing al equipo de ventas.
  • Garantizar que los materiales de comunicación ofrezcan un mensaje consistente a los distintos mercados, lo que incluye presentaciones, newsletters, videos, casos de éxito, contenido de la web, etc.
  • Coordinación con equipos externos (agencia y diseño) de cara a crear y gestionar los contenidos y materiales para el conjunto de medios digitales (propios y de terceros) con base en la estrategia de marca y negocio.
  • Seguimiento de los leads y oportunidades comerciales vía CRM a los equipos comerciales.
  • Asegurar el desarrollo y puesta en marcha de las acciones contratadas (plan de medios).
  • Análisis de la efectividad y resultados de las distintas acciones de forma periódica, así como la elaboración de informes de consecución de objetivos y su valorización en negocios conseguidos (CRM).
  • Búsqueda de nuevas vías de colaboración con medios y asociaciones u organismos que nos aporten visibilidad y generación de leads comerciales.
  • Seguimiento a proveedor web para el correcto funcionamiento de la web, actualizaciones y mejoras y posicionamiento SEO.
  • Gestionar nuestra presencia en eventos y patrocinios.
  • Potenciar el plan de comunicación interna en conjunto con el equipo de RRHH.
  • Identificar nuevas tendencias en marketing digital, evaluar nuevas tecnologías y garantizar que la marca esté en el top of mind de los clientes.

Requisitos:

NECESARIOS:

FORMACIÓN:
Titulación vinculada al Marketing, Comunicación o Periodismo. Conocimiento de los conceptos de marketing 360o más actuales.

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Mínimo 5 años en puestos similares en España y/o Latam.
  • Sólida experiência en entornos digitales (publicidad digital y marketing en RRSS, etc.).
  • Experiência en Marketing enfocado a empresas de servicios B2B (deseable ecommerce o sector logístico).
  • Experiência trabajando en entornos altamente creativos que requieran habilidades de comunicación escrita profesional.

DESEABLES:

  • Habibilidades de escritura creativa.
  • Inglés escrito y oral nível medio / alto.
  • Amplio conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Dominio de Google analytics, LinkedIn reports, Onclusive y Mailchimp.
