Enterprise Architects play a vital role in developing a comprehensive enterprise architecture model that aligns with established business objectives. SAP is strategically investing in an SAP Enterprise Architecture Advisory Team. The primary role involves guiding key SAP clients in North America on their SAP transformation journey, particularly those starting a RISE with SAP transition. Our methodology involves understanding their existing Enterprise Architecture, utilizing tools like LeanIX or SAP Signavio, to help them reach an ideal target architecture in alignment with SAP solutions and Clean Core principles, all supported by SAP's Business Technology Platform.
We employ trusted Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks to drive our approach, assisting SAP's customers in achieving their strategic objectives by enhancing their business transformation through our perspective on Enterprise Architecture and SAP's target architecture. This fosters innovation, new business model adoption, and increases the utilization of SAP's solution portfolio.

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Proven track record in delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through Application delivery.
- Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
- Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles, and use of SAP LeanIX & Signavio for documenting Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
- Industry-specific knowledge in at least two of the following sectors: Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities, Professional Services, Public Sector, etc.
- Professional Training & Certification in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a bonus.
- S/4HANA Application or SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge/experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management level within IT teams and across business functions.
