Job Description:


As the main person responsible for controlling topics in Germany, you will support the Finance Director, the General Manager and the Division Managers in business and finance related matters.

You will implement specific controlling and budgeting guidelines as well as programs for budgets, financial reports, forecasts, direct and indirect costs, target/actual comparisons and cost variance analyses.

You will also efficiently organize and manage the controlling tasks carried out by our external service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and optimization of internal controlling structures and processes
  • Responsibility for the monthly forecasting process (sales, P&L, balance sheet)
  • Evaluation and monitoring of opportunities and risks
  • Supporting monthly reporting (sales, P&L, balance sheet)
  • Consolidation and interpretation of monthly financial results
  • Cash flow reporting and planning
  • Budget control and planning for Germany
  • Close cooperation with marketing, sales and supply chain

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree (BA/MA) with focus on controlling/finance.
  • 56 years of professional experience in controlling/FP&A/finance
  • Comprehensive understanding of Excel, ERP and BI systems
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Analytical and costconscious thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
