Job Description:

  • Daily management of order processing.
  • Ensuring on-time performance and quality transport monitoring for customers.
  • Providing logistics support to both internal and external service customers.
  • Managing dedicated fleets and routes efficiently.
  • Engaging with customers and third-party providers to facilitate smooth order deliveries.
  • Collaborating with customers at the local level to enhance execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and logistics processes.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Excel).
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone).
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, transporters, and team members.
  • Experience with SAP and Transport Management systems is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • Expertise in logistics execution.
  • Background in Supply Chain management.
  • Experience working in customer-oriented office environments.
  • Ability to handle urgent requests with ease.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

Preferred Education:

Degree or equivalent

1 - 3 years
