RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Electrical Technical suppor t to Production, Quality, Planning and functionsenvolved during the conversion.
  • R esponsible of the Impact analysis in FAL production of the modifications to be approved in the committee and selection of the more suitable window to perform the work during the conversion in System Installations Conversion.
  • Responsible of deliver the master planning to FAL production of all the jobcards.
  • Electrical Industrialize/ create / Update the Build of Material / 'routings' taking into account the needs of the shopfloor, calculating times and complying with the Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with the applicable processes.
  • Specify the industrial resources (Equipment, tools, tooling, Machines,...) requirements to performe the installation.
  • Evaluating the industrial impacts of the modifications.
  • Transforming industrial requirements to design and supply chain.
  • Responsible for the configuration management support.
  • Deliver the set of work orders associated to the design drawings applicable on time, on cost, on quality.
  • Electrical Concurrence/Collaborative engineering with Design for the drawings that will become jobcard tasks in the hangar.
  • Responsible of Managing the link to Quality / Production Control / Production departments: technical assessment to meet all the department requirements in the Airbus Derivatives & Development for the System Installations Conversion.
  • Responsible of Managing Analysis department inputs/activities via Special Instructions; Work order creation and followup in the Airbus Derivatives & Development for the equipped and functional tests.
  • Electrical Implementation of improvements/digitalization/innovation

SKILLS

  • University degree in Industrial or Aerospace fields
  • E xperience in manufacturing engineering and shopfloor
  • Familiar with tools such as SAP, SIPLA, DEMAT
  • Familiar with technical manuals
  • Experience in Derivatives Airbus Defence and Space systems is a plus.
  • English negotiation level required.
  • Spanish negotiation level is a strong advantage.
  • Team player, good communication skills and proactive mindset.
