Are you passionate about diving deep into data, uncovering insights, and driving strategic decisions? We are currently searching for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Data & Analytics Office team.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a strong background in data analysis, specifically within the sales business unit.


Responsibilities:

Key Action Areas:

  • Work with both internal and external data sources to produce indepth analysis and tools to guide and inform decisionmaking.
  • On a daily basis analyze PBI dashboards to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial process (from leads to enrollment). Creative problemsolving and finding the hidden story behind data.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement, proactively propose new projects based on business need and the identified insights.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns at regional level.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial team.
  • Conduct indepth data analysis, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support sales strategies and decisionmaking processes.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing sales performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop datadriven solutions.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast sales performance and contribute to sales planning efforts.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations, perfectly using data storytelling.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, data science, math, statistics, etc.
  • Master ́s in Big Data and Analytics is highly desired.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, statistics, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on sales or marketing.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, data visualization, SQL, Python, Business Analytics, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to interact with all levels of management (vice presidents) and crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of machine learning.
  • Ability to naturally and effectively utilize generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance business processes.
  • Native Spanish with a high level of proficiency in English.
