Partnership Manager .

¿Qué esperamos de ti?


Esperamos que seas una persona proactiva, enfocada a resultados, que no le asuste los KPIs OKRs o cualquier cosa que tenga que ver con medición aplicada a los procesos de venta.


Por lo tanto, para nosotros es imprescindible que:

  • Seas jugador/a de equipo y te apoyes en tus compañeros para tener visión 360 de lo que sucede en tiempo real dentro del departamento de ventas, para poner en marcha las mejores iniciativas que ayuden a seguir mejorando día a día.
  • Seas una persona Data Driven. Los datos son nuestra filosofía de vida en el departamento de operaciones, por eso es imprescindible que sepas desglosar, sacar y analizar los datos para tener una correcta lectura de performance como de actividad comercial de los diferentes equipos de ventas.
  • Seas una persona proactiva, que no espere que las cosas sucedan para adelantarse a lo que está por venir.
  • Seas un poco geek de la tecnología y conozcas el Landscape Martech (no todo, es imposible) pero sí las principales herramientas de ventas, marketing, llamadas

Como Partnership Manager ‍‍ es indispensable que tengas:

  • Título universitario en un campo relacionado (preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o similar).
  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en Management de equipos de Sales internacionales.
  • Experiência comprobable en la gestión de Partners y desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en la industria Saas.
  • Inglés B2, escrito y hablado.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Hubspot CRM.
  • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas.
  • Buena capacidad de negociación, comunicación y colaboración.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera individual autogestionada.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad para gestionar proyectos desde la concepción hasta la implementación. ‍‍



¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?


  • Desarrollar y supervisar el programa de referencias de Sesame HR para atraer nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Identificar, reclutar y comprometer a posibles socios de referencia.
  • Identificar y establecer asociaciones estratégicas que se alineen con los objetivos comerciales de Sesame HR.
  • Negociar acuerdos de asociación y gestionar relaciones con partes interesadas clave.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de asociaciones y referencias.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas y marketing para convertir las oportunidades de asociación en clientes.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los socios.
  • Servir como el principal punto de contacto para los socios, abordando cualquier problema o inquietud de manera rápida.
  • Preparar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento de las asociaciones, incluidos los indicadores de referencias y negocios generados.
  • Analizar datos para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
