Sobre la posición
Como
Service Technical Support, tu función principal en esta posición será dar soporte al departmento de postventa, ayudando en las ampliaciones de proyectos existentes, gestionando servicios de mantenimiento (preventivo y correctivo) y haciendo gestiones tecnico
- comerciales de la base instalada (preventa).

Requisitos

Deberás contar con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Grado o postgrado en Ingeniería Industrial o similar. Alternativamente, Ingeniería Electrónica o Eléctrica
  • Se valorará experiência en empresas fabricantes o instaladoras / mantenedoras de instalaciones MEP.
  • Español e Inglés avanzados (C1)
  • Permiso de trabajo válido para la UE
Adicionalmente se tendrá en buena valoración los siguientes requisitos:

  • Máster PCI (Protección Contra Incendios)
  • Carnet de conducir B
  • Gran capacidad de aprendizaje
  • Dedicación y orientación al cliente

Responsabilidades

Como
Service Technical Support serás responsable de:

  • Trabajar bajo supervisión directa para brindar apoyo a las nuevas actualizaciones de equipos o instalaciones en PCI.
  • Proporcionar una coordinación de alcance limitado de las actividades dentro del departamento.
  • Gestionar la base de datos de sistemas que requieran servicios de mantenimiento o actualizaciones y contactar proactivamente a los clientes para presentar ofertas de soluciones desde el departamento de postventa.
