Job Description. Process Technology Engineer

Misión


Definir los procesos de fabricación con los estándares necesarios para ofrecer un producto de calidad según las especificaciones y costos establecidos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en la definición de procesos.
  • Gestionar e industrializar proyectos.
  • Optimizar y mejorar de forma continua los procesos con proyectos PAP
Tareas

  • Analizar y corregir desviaciones de la producción desde el punto de vista de proceso focalizada en Contilines y dar soporte a las otras líneas.
  • Realizar la puesta en marcha y mejora continua de procesos productivos focalizada en Contilines.
  • Colaborar en la optimización de la planificación de la producción desde el punto de vista productivo.
  • Mantener el contacto e intercambiar información con los departamentos técnicos del grupo.
  • Asistir técnicamente al equipo de producción.
  • Contribuir al análisis de los resultados de la planta y proponer acciones correctivas y de mejora.
  • Solventar las incidencias de producción imprevistas.
  • Planificar pruebas y sus respectivas órdenes de control.
  • Colaborar con Q&PC para los QEWOS.
  • Validar los Master Batch que entran en producción.
Reuniones

  • Liderar las reuniones de los proyectos PAP a su cargo.
  • Asistir a las reuniones de producción.
  • Asistir a las reuniones de equipos de mejora y proyectos.
  • Asistir a las reuniones de pilares WAM a los que es miembro.
  • Tener contactos y asistir en reuniones con las otras plantas del grupo Armacell.
  • Dar soporte en otras plantas en proyectos cuando sea requerido.
  • Atender las visitas de otras plantas
Para el puesto se necesita una persona graduada en ingeniería química, mecánica o industrial. Con 5-10 años de experiência en entornos productivos con fuerte orientación a la mejora continua, Lean Manufacturing.

Interesante experiência en entornos quimicos
