¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
Área de RRHH:
- Publicación de ofertas de empleo, criba y clasificación
- Asistencia a entrevistas de selección y análisis de las mismas.
- Selección de puestos base.
- Organización, asistencia y participación en las acciones de Formación impartidas.
- Asistencia a una o varias entrevistas de seguimiento de los Planes de Desarrollo en marcha.
- Apoyo en el reclutamiento y selección de alumnos en prácticas.
Área de RRLL:
- Contratación y tipos de contrato. Nóminas y cierre nóminas.
Fin de la relación laboral:
baja voluntaria, despido, fin contrato, excedencia
Prevención de riesgos laborales.
Manejo del sistema interno SAP /
Succes Factors:
Altas y bajas de los nuevos colaboradores.
Actualizar datos de los colaboradores:
vacaciones, bajas IT, partes accidentes laborales.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología...
- Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
- Convenio de colaboración vigente de un mínimo de 6 meses de duración.
- Idiomas: Castellano Alto, Inglés Medio.
