Maximizar el rendimiento y potencial de tu equipo a través de formación en el día a día, feedback constructivo y coaching.
Asegurar los procedimientos de CINESA para cumplir con todos los requerimientos operacionales y de seguridad.
Asegurar un alto nivel de estándares operacionales y comerciales independientemente del lugar y hora de la visita del cliente y así poder fidelizarles.
Impulsar la maximización de nuestros KPIs asegurando que tu equipo dispone de las herramientas necesarias y está en el sitio adecuado en el momento adecuado.
Jornada de trabajo
De Lunes a Domingo (preferiblemente disponibilidad Fin de semana/Domingo/Festivos)
