Duty Manager.


Misión del puesto
Supervisar y apoyar a todos los departamentos en la realización de sus funciones. Estar presente en el hotel y realizar recorridos de apoyo y control. Asegurar la excelente atención al cliente y respuesta a sus necesidades. Resolver quejas y reclamaciones de forma satisfactoria.

Las funciones principales son:

  • Seguimiento de quejas de clientes y redacción de informes.
  • Registro de incidentes en hotel (hurtos, robos, incidentes, accidentes...).
  • Supervisión diaria de las tareas del Customer Care en portales web y establecimiento de estrategias en base a las puntuaciones obtenidas.
  • Supervisión y seguimiento de los clientes VIP.
  • Asesoramiento al equipo de WoW en acciones a llevar a cabo en función de la estrategia elaborada de posicionamiento.
  • Impulso de estrategias de captación de comentarios y mejora continua.
  • Revisión y seguimiento continuo del estado de las instalaciones (seguridad, orden, limpieza, roturas, imperfecciones)
  • Acompañamiento de visitas a petición de la dirección.
  • Participación en momentos puntuales en los soundchecks departamentales.
  • Colaboración con el departamento de calidad en el seguimiento de los estándares de servicio.
  • Apoyar a los equipos de VIP, Guest Service y Recepción, si la operativa lo precisa.
  • Revisión de habitaciones a petición de dirección.
  • Realización de microformaciones a petición de dirección, (gestión de quejas, solicitud de comentarios, etc.).
  • Otras tareas relacionadas con la posición.

Requisitos:



¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar en atención al cliente, valorándose especialmente aquella adquirida en hoteles de 5* y/o en el sector lujo.
  • Nível avanzado de ofimática (paquete Office y programas de gestión hotelera).
  • Inglés a nível alto, valorándose muy positivamente otros idiomas.
