Funciones:

  • Especialización en Executive Headhunting de Alto Valor Añadido: Aportar servicios de selección global y de alto valor añadido, centrándose en las necesidades del cliente.
  • Adquisición de Cuentas y Gestión de Clientes a nivel nacional e internacional, gestionar recurrencias con clientes existentes para generar fidelización.

Asesoramiento Estratégico:

Asesorar los clientes sobre las mejores estrategias para encontrar el talento a nivel nacional o internacional, asegurándose de cumplir con los estándares y metodología de calidad de Catenon.


  • Desarrollo de Equipos y Mentorización: Desarrollar un equipo de Executive Managers, consolidarlo y mentorizarlo sobre estrategia de ventas.

Relaciones con Partners:
Desarrollar y consolidar relaciones con Partners y entidades de Catenon para potenciar la venta de servicios.

  • Supervisión de Procesos de Selección: Supervisar la ejecución de procesos de selección y proyectos de talento, colaborando estrechamente con los consultores de selección que llevan a cabo las búsquedas bajo su control

Requisitos:

Experiencia y Educación:

Mínimo de 7-10 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, con una sólida experiencia en venta consultiva BtoB y dominio de la segmentación del sector industrial.

Se valora la experiencia previa en headhunting, dotación de personal, reclutamiento.

Idiomas:
Fluidez en español e inglés, se valorarán otros idiomas europeos.
