Our client, a multinational beauty industry, is looking to fill the role of Skincare Marketing Director.

THE ROLE
  • Accountable for the full-channel performance and P&L of the skincare business within IBERIA
  • Responsible for all skincare brands and category strategy
  • Lead cross-functional skincare team to develop and deliver strategic vision and marketing plans
  • Report to IBERIA MD and collaborate closely with Sales Directors
  • Work closely with global skincare EVP and teams

You should be comfortable navigating the company hierarchy, as this role is demanding and requires managing competing priorities.

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for skincare category success within IBERIA, manage P&L, product management, brand management, revenue growth, and margin expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School degree
Experience: Luxury skincare marketing experience
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
Location: Barcelona

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for success. You must be able to lead high-level projects, manage teams effectively, and drive results. Strong commercial background with a track record of achievement is essential.
