UBICACIÓN: Amsterdam (Países Bajos) - Contrato local permanente (se necesita ciudadanía de la UE).

ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

● el líder de puesta en marcha, depende del director del proyecto, es el principal responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades de puesta en servicio.

● Establecer procedimientos y métodos de puesta en servicio que garanticen que los sistemas sean inspeccionados, probados y puestos en servicio de acuerdo con las especificaciones del proyecto y las normas pertinentes.

● Proporcionar experiencia sobre los procesos generales de puesta en servicio del proyecto y entregar sistemas de Electricos operativos y encargados a los clientes.

● Asistir a diversas reuniones con clientes, subcontratistas y equipos de proyectos que ofrecen apoyo y asistencia en la entrega de sistemas Electricos.

● Lidera con el ejemplo: establece, monitorea y hace cumplir los estándares de seguridad y calidad ejemplar del trabajo establecidos por la empresa.

● Se coordina con todos los demás oficios que trabajan en un sitio de trabajo para garantizar un proceso de puesta en marcha sin problemas.

● Identificar el equipo de prueba que puede ser necesario.

● Proporcionar asistencia con la puesta en servicio y la supervisión de todos los sistemas disciplinarios relevantes.

● Gestionar las actividades de ITCA con los ingenieros de proyectos y actualizar el rastreador de ITCA del proyecto.

● Ayudar a los ingenieros de proyectos a compilar y completar paquetes de entrega y otros documentos de control de calidad y control de calidad relevantes, incluidas las inspecciones.

● Ayudar a los ingenieros de proyectos a compilar informes de investigación del sitio.

● Gestionar las pruebas y la puesta en servicio de los subcontratistas, realizar pruebas testigo con los subcontratistas y revisar la documentación.

● Proporcionar asistencia en la redacción y revisión de RAMS de puesta en marcha y prueba.

● Ayudar al equipo del proyecto en la producción de la documentación "conforme a obra" y el archivo H&S.

● Realiza inspecciones de control de calidad en los sitios del proyecto durante las etapas de precomisionamiento y comisionamiento.

● Asegurar que las actividades de puesta en servicio del contratista estén coordinadas adecuadamente.

● Garantizar que las tareas se completen a tiempo y según los estándares de calidad requeridos.

● Analiza y resuelve rápidamente cualquier problema que pueda surgir y garantiza que todas las deficiencias en cualquier proyecto determinado se corrijan de manera oportuna.

● Mantener informes detallados y precisos del sitio de puesta en servicio.

● Comunicar el progreso del proyecto a las partes interesadas clave, como el cliente, arquitectos e ingenieros.

● Funciones de Gestión de Personas, asistiendo al Jefe de Proyecto:

● Garantizar que el equipo del proyecto siga las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

● Familiarizarse con los procedimientos disciplinarios y de quejas de la Compañía y liderar estos procedimientos cuando sea necesario junto con Recursos Humanos.

● Asegúrese de que el personal del equipo del proyecto correspondiente tenga la capacitación en EHS requerida para llevar a cabo las actividades de puesta en servicio asociadas con el proyecto.

● Garantizar que el personal de puesta en servicio tenga los conocimientos y la experiencia necesarios para llevar a cabo las tareas de forma segura y correcta de acuerdo con la política y los procedimientos de la empresa.
