WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORISGlobal is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our team. Our project focuses on the field of Sportomics, where we conduct tests and activities with amateur athletes and patients.
The technician's mission will be to capture and produce high-quality audiovisual content that helps to promote our activities and results.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Having experience working in a research group would be an asset.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, etc.), camera operation, sound recording equipment, and lighting setups.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing previous work in video production, highlighting the ability to create engaging and high-quality audiovisual content will be positively considered.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSCreative Vision:
Ability to conceptualize and create compelling visual stories
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in using professional video and audio equipment
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in editing and post-production to ensure high-quality output

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promoting activities in the field of Sportomics
Collaboration:
Work closely with researchers, athletes, and patients to capture necessary footage
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all audiovisual content meets the project's quality standards and objectives
Innovation:
Continuously seek ways to improve the visual appeal and impact of the videos.
SPECIFIC DUTIESDevelop storyboards and shot lists based on project requirements.
Coordinate logistics for filming sessions, including location scouting and scheduling.
Prepare and test all equipment before shoots.
Production:
Operate cameras, sound, and lighting equipment during filming.
Direct subjects (athletes, patients, etc.) to achieve the desired footage.
Ensure optimal recording conditions and troubleshoot any technical issues on set.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, music, and effects as needed.
Review and revise content based on feedback from the team.
Manage the storage and organization of all video files and related materials.
AUXILIAR TASKAdministrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to video production, such as maintaining production schedules and budgets
Social Media Support:
Assist in creating short-form video content for social media platforms to enhance project visibility
Event Coverage:
Provide audiovisual support for events, workshops, and presentations related to the project.

SELECTION PROCESSThe selection process is designed in two phases:1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation.
To assess the person's skills and CV.- Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process.
