Misión : Liderar la organización global del Supply Chain / Cadena de Suministro que consiste principalmente en la planificación de la cadena de demanda versus la capacidad de producción.
Responsable de coordinar la planificación y logística de producción de la planta (internamente) y definir e implementar la estrategia, las políticas, los planes y los proyectos generales de la cadena de suministro.
Liderar el proceso de S&OP.
Funciones y Responsabilidades :
- Responsable del procedimiento S&OP y sus reuniones mensuales con los diferentes departamentos.
- Coordinación de la gestión integral de la cadena de suministro.
- Definir la cadena de suministro y las estrategias logísticas y las organizaciones de la cadena de suministro resultante, juntamente con los responsables de Producción y Logística.
- Garantizar la implementación de estrategias y políticas de cadena de suministro.
- Garantizar una configuración coherente de estrategias de suministro para lograr los requisitos de nivel de servicio al cliente.
- Asegurar la optimización del inventario y asegura la información requerida para la optimización del portafolio.
- Definir aquellas referencias MTO y MTS.
- Impulsar la excelencia funcional en las operaciones de la cadena de suministro y los proyectos de mejora resultantes.
- Responsable del proceso PSC (Plan Supply Chain) : definir la configuración óptima de la red de la cadena de suministro.
- Responsable del MSC (Manage Supply Chain) : balance optimizado de ventas, suministro, capacidad y planificación de inventario.
- Responsable de identificar las tendencias de demanda para dar respuesta con sus productos.
- Responsable del OTC (Order-to-Cash) : limitado a la disponibilidad de stock, manejo de pedidos y rendimiento de distribución física.
- Soporte al Plan de Producción : planificación de producción, gestión de materiales y administración de producción.
- Confiabilidad en la entrega de la cadena de suministro.
- Resolución de las posibles quejas de la cadena de suministro.
- Stock de capital de trabajo operativo y pérdidas de stock.
- Aplicación de las reglas de identificación, trazabilidad y FIFO.
- Respetar las consignas de seguridad recibidas.
- Coordinar con el departamento de Calidad y / o I+D la gestión de los productos no conformes que se reciban para proceder a su reciclaje y / o destrucción.
Experiencia : 5-10 años en el cargo en empresas industriales.
