- Lead and mentor a Clientside team, providing technical guidance and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence;
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with the Clientside team, drive motivation, provide tailored growth opportunities and foster high performance culture;
- Be an active member of the Common Technology Team, developing common solutions that can be used across all games;
- Identify areas of improvement in the teams and projects and promote good practices in development;
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability;
- Drive architectural decisions, promoting modularity, reusability, and maintainability;
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience in Unity mobile games development;
- Deep understanding of multiplayer game development;
- Previous experience in Core/Plaftorm common solutions for mobile games development;
- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns;
- Strong team management skills and passion for growing and supporting others;
- Empathy and active listening skills combined with a strong business mindset;
- Excellent problemsolving and resultoriented mindset;
- Professional C++ experience is a plus.
- Strong communication in English, Russian is a plus.
