Role Purpose

Tasks and Responsibilities

Client project coordination

  • Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in our internal systems. Escalate ambiguous orders to relevant stakeholders
  • Support the delivery management team with general daytoday operational tasks and address issues when they arise.

Financial support

  • Provide internal and external reports on database usage

Operational support

  • Timesheet reporting
  • Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents where required
  • Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
  • Provide client usage reports as required
  • Carry out adhoc tasks for the Sales and Client Services teams

Requirements:

Essential

  • Experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation
  • Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions
Preferred

  • Education or work experience in compliance sector
  • Prior experience of using internal enterprise systems
  • Educated to A level/local equivalent; Educated to degree level is desirable or similar experience.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Office; Dynamics 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience.
